About The Position

This role focuses on building and maintaining full-stack web application features, including scalable, distributed microservices. The Software Engineer III will own complex features from technical design to production deployment, ensuring high-performance and reliability. Responsibilities include enhancing the core web application stack for high-throughput traffic, participating in on-call rotations, troubleshooting production incidents, and maintaining high SLAs. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Infrastructure, Designer, API Partners) and improving CI/CD pipelines, container-based software distribution (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience building and maintaining highly available, scalable web applications
  • Proficiency in programming language and frameworks commonly used in full-stack development on distributed systems. (e.g.,React, Python, Go, Kafka, SQL, NoSQL)
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
  • Experience with AI assisted development workflow.
  • Can effectively communicate to stakeholders across different organizations within the company
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • BSc in a STEM field, with a preference for computer science and software engineering

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the full stack web application features including scalable, distributed microservices.
