About The Position

Our team builds scalable, high-impact digital solutions that power daily operations across club locations. We develop platforms that help associates and managers manage day-to-day work, gain visibility into performance, and leverage data-driven insights to improve sales and operational efficiency. Our work directly supports frontline teams and improves both operational execution and member satisfaction at scale. Immigration support is Not available for this role. Seeking a Front-End Developer (5–10 years’ experience) with strong expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, React Native, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable front-end applications (components, state management, routing) and developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Spring Boot. Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, ES6+, and asynchronous programming is required. Experience with Kubernetes, Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, DevOps), CI/CD pipelines, and SQL databases is essential. Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native, microservices-based applications is expected. What you'll do: Translate requirements into scalable solutions, write high-quality code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that challenge the status quo. Support the business by addressing technical feasibility, implementation strategies, system implications, and guiding users to appropriate resources. Troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis, action planning, resolution execution, and comprehensive documentation. Apply current expertise to improve action plans, align with business goals, and advocate best practices. Build stakeholder partnerships, implement business solutions, adapt to change, and ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards. Develop high-performance, scalable big data ETL solutions. Develop AI and GenAI initiatives from concept to production, contributing directly to code and solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years’ experience
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, React Native, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable front-end applications (components, state management, routing).
  • Developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Spring Boot.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native, microservices-based applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • OR 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Leverage Azure services (Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, AKS) to design, deploy, and manage secure, cloud-native applications.
