Requirements

Associate's degree and 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling at least 7 years, including 5+ years of application development.
Strong experience with Java, Azure, and Salesforce development.
Experience with enterprise application architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Experience coordinating technical initiatives across development and business teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of enterprise application frameworks and integrated systems.
Experience with cloud-native application development and Azure services.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Proven leadership skills and experience driving technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software applications.
Perform systems analysis, application design, coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain applications using Java, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC.
Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and project estimates.
Execute unit and integration testing while ensuring application quality and reliability.
Lead technical efforts on small to medium-sized projects and mentor junior developers.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and process improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and organizational policies.
Independently perform advanced systems analysis and software development activities.
Coordinate development efforts across multiple project teams.
Partner with technology leaders, business users, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on project-based assignments.
