Requirements

  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and databases, including experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience participating in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Typically requires a few years of professional software development experience, often with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Aptitude and attitude for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement new software features and applications, translating business requirements into functional code.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a team environment, participating in code reviews and adhering to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software systems to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
  • Provide guidance and technical leadership to junior engineers, helping them grow their skills.
  • Contribute to and improve standard engineering processes, including testing, monitoring, and automated workflows.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and apply them to solve complex problems and drive innovation in software products.
