Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Current and valid driver's license required.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
Develop high-quality, maintainable software that meets business requirements and user story acceptance criteria.
Contribute to solution design and technical discussions to support scalable and effective business solutions.
Refactor and enhance existing applications to improve quality, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
Execute manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and stability.
Deploy software enhancements and new functionality following established development and release processes.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues while supporting production systems and customer needs.
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including design documentation and knowledge resources.
Take ownership of assigned features and modules from concept through implementation and ongoing support.
Provide support for business-critical processes, including resolution of issues related to scheduled and nightly system operations.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and team discussions.
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and evaluate technical feasibility.
Estimate development efforts and provide realistic timelines for deliverables.
Collaborate with teammates to improve development practices, engineering standards, and team effectiveness.
Support DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices that improve application quality and deployment efficiency.
Build and maintain knowledge of business processes and system functionality within assigned areas.
Stay current with emerging technologies, development tools, and industry trends.
Expand technical knowledge across multiple systems and technologies to support team success and organizational goals.
Participate in code reviews and promote adherence to coding standards and quality expectations.
Share knowledge with team members through collaboration, peer reviews, and mentoring opportunities.
Help support the development of junior engineers through guidance, feedback, and best-practice discussions.
