Position Summary: Bank of America is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support secure, compliant, and scalable application delivery within the Global Operations Emerging Technology (GOET) organization. This role combines hands-on DevOps engineering with enterprise enablement, including application onboarding, deployment support, and alignment with governance processes such as change management, vulnerability tracking, and Service Management Transformation (SMT). This position ensures continuity of a white-glove DevOps support model, enabling efficient and compliant delivery while bridging application teams with enterprise DevOps and governance functions. This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
