Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a software engineering or equivalent role, showing a solid foundation in software development lifecycles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on professional experience).
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborative root-cause analysis, values well-documented code, and thrives on meeting sprint commitments alongside an awesome team.

Responsibilities

• Build & Deliver: Take ownership of standard features within a defined scope, turning functional requirements into high-quality, reliable code.
• Problem Solve: Dive into specific application modules to debug, resolve issues, and continuously optimize performance.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Share your knowledge! You'll conduct meaningful peer code reviews for junior-level contributors, helping foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Innovate Processes: Play an active role in shaping our automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines to keep our deployment engine fast and flawless.
• Shape the Roadmap: Participate in sprint planning by providing realistic estimates for small tasks and individual work items—your voice matters in how we build.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion clean code by identifying and suggesting improvements to existing code structure and readability.
