This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with Linux C++ and/or Java development with a focus on application scalability and performance.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • BS Degree in Software Engineering or a related major is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  • Algorithm development and/or implementation (imaging, navigation, communication, etc.).
  • Linux networking or multithreaded application development.
  • Cybersecurity experience (PKI, secure boot, Linux hardening, etc.).
  • Familiarity with imaging systems, control systems, navigation, or ISR.

Responsibilities

  • Perform software development as part of a highly skilled cross-discipline engineering team.
  • Provide direct support of program efforts and proposal activities.
  • Develop high performance Linux software in C++ and/or Java using software and hardware simulators.
  • Integrate software into larger systems in engineering and test labs.
