As a Software Engineer II, you will move beyond foundational execution to take meaningful ownership of the software you build. Where you land depends on your experience and the team’s needs—but in every case, you will join a small, highly skilled team equipped with cutting-edge AI tooling. As an experienced engineer, you will work alongside your peers to design and deliver features of real sophistication, shape engineering practices, and deepen your expertise while ensuring flawless Enterprise-Grade Orchestration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related technical/analytical field. (Equivalent experience is not accepted in lieu of a degree).
  • 1+ years of relevant professional experience developing software in a fast-paced, collaborative ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools) and a strong ability to assess, critique, and selectively apply AI-generated code.
  • Foundational development experience and technical fluency in Java or C#.
  • Proven experience utilizing Git for collaborative branch management and code deployments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, as these skills translate well into our Enterprise-Grade Orchestration environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Clean Software: Leverage your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns to write robust full-stack software components.
  • Engineer with AI: Use AI coding tools fluently as a force multiplier: generating, reviewing, and critically evaluating AI-assisted code to ship faster without compromising quality or correctness.
  • Contribute to Architecture: Actively participate in technical story breakdowns, acceptance criteria definition, and the architectural design of new feature implementations.
  • Drive Engineering Quality: Influence team engineering practices, write robust automated tests, and perform thorough code reviews focused on design and implementation quality.
  • Resolve Emergent Problems: Respond to and resolve emergent platform issues, writing software and building automation frameworks to prevent problem recurrence.
  • Collaborate in Agile Cycles: Utilize Git for version control while operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative Agile development team environment.
