About The Position

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign how healthcare works. We apply proprietary clinical metrics to a large patient dataset to identify the best-performing doctors and use incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster. Requirements

2+ years of software engineering experience with a generalist software engineering mindset
Ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast paced startup environment
Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
