Requirements

Proficient knowledge of software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.
Knowledge of and experience in modern technologies used to develop scalable, performant web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills.
Ability to demonstrate effective organizational, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment delivering quality work on time.
Ability to work collaboratively in a continually changing environment.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, or commensurate work experience, required.
Minimum one (1) year of work experience in software engineering required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with any of the following technologies required: ASP.NET, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, React Native frameworks; JavaScript, TypeScript, C# languages; Azure cloud.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains software applications with general supervision, following coding standards and best practices to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Designs features of moderate complexity given coding standards and solution architecture.
Works effectively in an agile environment, collaborating with other functions and teams with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Contributes to continual improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to applications and processes.
Continuously learns new technologies, best practices, and architecture patterns.
Follows Bank policy, practice, and procedure.
Produces accurate, thorough, and timely work, while meeting commitments and following policies and procedures.
Completes training as needed.
Regularly exercises discretion, judgment, and critical thinking in the performance of essential job functions.
Works on a variety of assignments, interacts and communicates with all levels of management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
