Requirements

4+ years of experience with React.js and PHP
Strong experience with MySQL and database design
4+ years of experience on a SaaS development team
Expertise in frontend and backend optimization and best practices
Understanding of web service concepts like oAuth2 and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript (NodeJS, NPM), and unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.)
Experience with Git and other VCS
Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with stakeholders and the development team
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Experience with the Laravel framework
Experience with agile methodologies
Ability to create and implement new processes
Experience integrating or experimenting with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI-assisted engineering tools

Responsibilities

Drive the development and refinement of full stack engineering best practices
Design and implement software solutions for complex challenges
Work closely with UX/UI Designers and Engineers to bring new features to life and enhance existing ones
Rebuild existing functionality using cutting-edge SDLC practices
Ensure a consistent and optimized UI across all projects
Guide and mentor less experienced developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
