About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our growing team! Endpoint Services is seeking a software engineer to lead developers building a flexible classification marking tool for the ICAM Zero Trust project. The role is customer-facing: you will keep projects on track, provide technical guidance, present demos, communicate risk, maintain configuration management practices, build deployment packages, prepare documentation, and work with systems engineers through User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements

Five (5) years of software engineering experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
Ability to enforce coding standards and work within an agile development project
Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
Excellent written skills and experience generating program and process documentation
Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

An additional four (4) years of software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of nine (9) years
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
Experience with Jest, Cypress, and Docker
Working knowledge of markings and their use

Responsibilities

Lead developers building a flexible classification marking tool for the ICAM Zero Trust project.
Keep projects on track.
Provide technical guidance.
Present demos.
Communicate risk.
Maintain configuration management practices.
Build deployment packages.
Prepare documentation.
Work with systems engineers through User Acceptance Testing.
Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications.
Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements.
Establish internal schedules and milestones.
Provide input to systems engineers to document processes and provide deliverables to the Government.
Assist systems engineers in testing new configurations and software releases.
Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations.
