Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Experience using Linux
  • Experience with C/C++, Java, Rust, or Python
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (not required at the start of the position)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Multi-Threaded or Real-Time Software
  • Experience with radio communications or computer networking
  • Experience with software development tools such as git, gitlab, and Jira
  • Experience with Containers (Docker/Kubernetes/Podman) or Virtualization technologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge embedded software, networking and communication products for defense systems
  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues in a collaborative environment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and other software engineering teams
