About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer I to join our growing team! We are seeking a backend developer with hands-on experience in developing and executing test procedures for software components, building and deploying solutions on AWS, and collaborating within an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting development and execution of test procedures for software components
Experience generating technical documentation
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
Experience with Git
Experience with Java, C++, or Python
Experience with Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Experience with SQL

Responsibilities

Developing and executing test procedures for software components

Generating technical documentation
Ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
