Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working on embedded devices
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • CI/CD pipeline design (Buildkite, Jenkins or similar); experience with self-hosted runners on physical machines
  • Bazel/monorepo experience in large codebases
  • Familiarity with CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay bus tooling and SocketCAN
  • Strong Nix/NixOS experience: flakes, modules, derivations, fixed-output fetches, VM tests

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Python/Bash, pytest, and CLI tooling
  • Experience building hardware test frameworks and managing large-scale test labs
  • Experience debugging flaky integration tests in production CI
  • Comfortable with hardware/software debugging, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes
  • Experience with embedded firmware, JTAG debuggers, and target bring-up
  • Understanding of CI/HIL concepts
  • Proficient with Linux and systems administration
  • Experience with networking, udev, kernel modules, and systemd
  • Experience managing bare-metal Linux systems
