As a Software engineer, you will be responsible for building the tools and systems to scale hotels launches worldwide with a focus on supply growth. You will design and build product and platform features to achieve our goals. You will help define and maintain a culture of craftsmanship and excellence. You will represent the engineering team with global cross-functional partners.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role in backend/full-stack development.
Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in one or more JVM-based languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
Experience building backend systems or services in a service-oriented or distributed systems environment.
Passionate about efficiency, availability, technical quality and system quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to understand requirements, prioritize work, and scope projects within your team’s roadmap.
Build services and new APIs to hotel tools and onboarding workflows
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code to build backend services and platform capabilities.
Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to operational excellence by improving runbooks, monitoring, and rollback readiness.
