Requirements

4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
Proven experience working in Full Stack environments with a stronger backend focus.
JavaScript (Advanced)
TypeScript (Advanced)
Node.js (Advanced)
React.js (Advanced)
Next.js or similar SSR frameworks
REST API Development
GraphQL or gRPC
Has more than a year of relevant work experience.
Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles.
Consistently works to direction with minimal supervision, producing accurate and reliable results.
Individuals are expected to be able to work on a range of tasks and problems, demonstrating their ability to apply their skills and knowledge.
Organises own time to deliver against tasks set by others with a mid term horizon.
Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals and has a direct and positive impact on project performance and make decisions based on their understanding of the situation, not just the rules.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Build and maintain REST APIs and GraphQL/gRPC integrations.
Develop React-based components and content blocks for Unified CMS experiences.
Implement and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js.
Create and manage content models, schemas, and structures within Contentstack.
Build reusable UI components leveraging design systems and modern frontend practices.
Integrate third-party APIs and troubleshoot complex end-to-end data flows.
Support personalization initiatives and A/B testing functionality.
Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
Contribute to application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in Git-based development workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
