About The Position

Luzid is building the operating system for SAP delivery — the infrastructure layer underneath the most complex and expensive IT projects companies run. SAP implementations move billions of dollars and thousands of consultants, but the knowledge generated in these projects is never captured: it lives in people's heads, disappears when the project ends, and gets rebuilt from scratch on every new engagement.
Luzid solves this with an agentic orchestration platform that coordinates every phase of SAP transformation, capturing decisions, tests, and context as a byproduct of work already underway — building an organizational memory that accumulates across projects instead of resetting.
We're a team based in San Francisco and São Paulo, moving fast and already deployed with some of the largest SAP integrators in the world, including delaware Consulting, KPMG, and NTT Data. We have reached >$3M ARR in 11 months and raised $21M in funding. The team comes from Stanford, Meta, Two Sigma, Microsoft, and NASA.
The Opportunity
You'll build the interfaces consultants and enterprise teams use to navigate complex implementations and work with AI agents. These workflows involve substantial information, interconnected decisions, and work that unfolds over time. Your job is to make that complexity understandable and manageable through thoughtful, responsive software.
You'll work closely with design and other engineers, and talk directly to customers to understand where they're encountering friction. You'll help shape what we build, prototype alternatives, ship improvements, and follow through on how they perform in production.
Your primary focus will be the frontend: both the experiences users interact with and the foundations that help our team build them well. You'll have room to make consequential technical decisions and the responsibility to keep them practical — using AI-assisted development tools to explore and iterate, while applying your own judgment to the quality and simplicity of what we ship.

Requirements

• Deep frontend fundamentals. You've shipped and maintained complex interactive applications, and understand JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, browser behavior, rendering, state management, and asynchronous data flow.
• Strong UX judgment. You think in terms of how people will actually use a feature, not just whether it works.
• Evidence-driven. You combine customer feedback with analytics, performance monitoring, and session replay to identify friction and evaluate the impact of changes.
• Ownership. You ask questions, challenge assumptions, and care whether what you shipped actually helped, not just whether it shipped.
• Pragmatism. You know when to use an existing library, when custom implementation is worthwhile, and how to balance immediate delivery with longer-term maintainability.
• Curiosity and judgment. Above all, you understand problems deeply, explore possible solutions, and make thoughtful trade-offs between user experience, engineering quality, speed, and complexity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building interfaces for AI-powered products, including workflows where users review, guide, or approve agent actions.
• Experience evolving a component library or design system while continuing to ship product features.
• Experience on a small team where you helped shape product and design decisions alongside engineering.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise workflows or ecosystems such as SAP, Salesforce, ERP, or CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes. Take ambiguous problems from customer conversations through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Build the core interfaces. Ship the experiences consultants and enterprise teams use to navigate complex implementations and work with AI agents.
• Reason from UX back into implementation. Decide which interactions need to feel instantaneous, how state and data should flow, and when a problem calls for a better component, a different loading strategy, or a change to an API.
• Design for real usage. Think through loading, empty, error, and recovery states; collaborate closely with design; treat accessibility as part of a complete experience.
• Build durable foundations. Recognize reusable interaction patterns, design clear component APIs, and use composition and shared primitives to keep the product consistent as it grows.
• Make the product feel fast. Reason about rendering, network requests, caching, prefetching, and feedback during longer operations — and measure whether changes actually help.
• Work across boundaries. Reason about APIs, data models, and backend behavior when they affect the frontend, and make pragmatic build-vs-use calls.
• Raise the team's bar. Work independently, communicate decisions clearly, and improve the experience of engineers building alongside you — including how the team uses AI-assisted workflows.
