The Software Engineer contributes to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise platform capabilities that enable standardized, secure, and scalable software delivery across the organization. This role focuses on building reusable platform services, automation frameworks, and integration patterns aligned to platform strategy. As a hands-on engineer, this role develops and enhances self-service developer experiences, CI/CD automation, and policy-driven governance capabilities. The engineer helps teams onboard and deliver services efficiently while adhering to enterprise engineering standards enforced through platform capabilities rather than manual processes. Working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to platform patterns such as golden repositories, integration contracts, observability frameworks, and event-driven services that improve consistency, reduce risk, and accelerate software delivery.
