Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Location: National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX Nightwing is seeking an Expert Software Engineer that provides technical leadership and advanced engineering expertise for the most complex and critical aspects of the unified AMS/FIPE solution. This position works on high-visibility mission-critical components, establishes engineering standards, and oversees technical efforts of development teams. With deep expertise in offensive cyber operations and enterprise software development, the Expert Engineer ensures the delivery of robust, scalable solutions that meet stringent security and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 14 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in cyber operations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent substitution)
  • Expert-level knowledge of distributed systems architecture
  • Deep expertise in multiple technology stacks and programming paradigms
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native development and multi-cloud architectures
  • Advanced understanding of security principles and secure coding practices
  • Proven track record leading complex technical implementations
  • Strong knowledge of offensive cyber operations mission requirements
  • Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Must be U.S. citizen

Responsibilities
