About The Position

As part of our engineering team, you will work closely with colleagues across Berlin and North America while gaining a deep understanding of our products, technologies, and development processes. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent C/C++ development skills
  • Experience with Java and Python
  • Experience working in a professional software development environment
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to learn and work with a variety of programming languages and development tools across Linux and Windows environments
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • A structured and solution-oriented mindset for solving complex technical challenges
  • Comfort working in a Scrum-based development environment
  • Enjoyment of iterative development, continuous improvement, and close collaboration within the team
  • A high level of accountability and ownership for your work

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with Bluetooth protocol software
  • Experience in system software development (not only application development)
  • Experience working with Linux, Android, and Windows

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our teams in Berlin and North America as you come up to speed with our product and our way of working.
  • Take ownership of various aspects of the product by developing new features, maintaining existing modules, and contributing to new product development.
  • Become the domain expert for the areas and components you are responsible for.
  • Regularly interact with customers to resolve technical issues and challenges, and support customer-specific development projects.
  • Contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle, including investigation, architecture, design, requirements analysis, development, testing, maintenance, and support.
  • Directly see the impact of your contributions on both the product and the team.
