In this role, you will execute systems and software engineering processes starting from high level system requirements, product requirements allocation, and product software design through software implementation, integration and verification. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of systems and/or software engineering process, Linux operating system, the Java programming language, algorithm and software development and software test. Willing to travel offsite. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent (engineering/technical degree with a concentration in computer science courses).
  • Proficient in the Java programming language.
  • Experience with the Linux Operating System.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • This position will require a government security clearance.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • Willing to travel offsite.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with database technologies such as Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, Sybase or Firebird would be a plus.
  • Familiar with Agile Product Development.
  • Familiar with Automated Test Frameworks, such as: Robot Framework.
  • Familiar with DevSecOps Technologies (would be a plus).
  • Experience with software modeling (would be a plus).
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl (would be a plus).
