This role involves working with the Engineering Productivity team managing the build system, CI & CD pipelines, software installers, and cloud environments. The position plays a key role in the software development process focused on shaping the future of digital surgery and expanding its robotics and digital solutions offerings across the entire portfolio, with multi-specialty, end-to-end solutions in orthopedics, endoluminal intervention and general surgery. The role is involved in building a platform technology capable of expanding the applicability of robotics to a spectrum of medical procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer DevOps-related occupation.
  • CI/CD pipeline support and development using Jenkins
  • Cloud and containerization technologies
  • Python and Bash
  • Code repository management, code merge, and code quality checks
  • Linux and Windows
  • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Engineering Productivity team managing the build system, CI & CD pipelines, software installers, cloud environments.
  • Play a key role in the software development process focused on shaping the future of digital surgery and expanding its robotics and digital solutions offerings across the entire portfolio, with multi-specialty, end-to-end solutions in orthopedics, endoluminal intervention and general surgery.
  • Involved in building a platform technology capable of expanding the applicability of robotics to a spectrum of medical procedures.
  • Support the software development lifecycle through CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Advance and improve build and general support infrastructure.
  • Develop provisioning and deployment strategies.
  • Support AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Work with engineering teams to support their business requirements.
