Build the tools that accelerate engineering and research at Chai. We believe that the software factory is just as important as the software itself, and you will build the factory that helps the team pursue more ideas in parallel and spend more time on the problems that need their judgment. Make coding agents more useful across development, testing, and code review. Work directly with the team to build better development environments, faster tests, and reliable deploys. Build the research platform where people and agents launch experiments, compare results, and decide what to try next.
