About The Position

This role involves developing, managing, and maintaining a Neo4j Graph database, utilizing CYPHER queries for efficient data pipelines and ensuring data integrity. The position also requires full-stack development, designing and implementing robust front-end UIs and back-end architectures for complex search, visualization, and analytical tasks. Additionally, it involves using Docker and container orchestration tools for application packaging, updates, and CI/CD pipelines. A key aspect is navigating United States Army enterprise networks and software environments to deploy technology upgrades, assist with local installations, and troubleshoot system/infrastructure issues.

Requirements

  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Proven experience in Neo4j Graph database design, management, and administration.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CYPHER query language for complex graph data modeling and query optimization.
  • Strong capabilities in front-end user interface (UI) design and back-end system architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Docker to containerize applications.
  • Proficient in managing container networks, volumes, and utilizing docker containers to push seamless software updates across environments.
  • Active familiarity with Army IT systems, networks, and protocols.
  • Experience assisting with software installations, executing technology upgrades, and resolving integration or operational issues working within the Army enterprise network environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models with Neo4j Graph databases (e.g., implementing Graph Data Science, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or semantic search).
  • Prior history working on the Arsenal, with deep institutional knowledge of Arsenal permissions, cybersecurity compliance, and administrative governance.
  • Practical familiarity with Palantir's Foundry Platform or the Army Vantage Program to support data ingestion, sharing, and enterprise-level analytics.
