About The Position

As a member of the Apps & Software Delivery team, you will help build and evolve the Meraki Application Platform: the infrastructure that deploys and runs containerized applications on Cisco devices. The platform is a foundation for faster product innovation across Cisco Meraki’s portfolio. You will make it easier for Cisco engineering teams and partners to ship new device capabilities quickly and safely, while preserving the simplicity and reliability customers expect. With millions of people using Meraki products around the world, your work will have a significant impact from the day it is deployed!

Requirements

2+ years of software engineering experience
Experience writing code in C/C++
Experience with Linux system

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with container technologies such as LXC and Docker
Experience writing code in Go
Experience with edge computing
Experience working with version control, specifically Git

Responsibilities

Build and evolve the Meraki Application Platform, which deploys and runs containerized applications on Cisco devices.
Contribute to a foundation for faster product innovation across Cisco Meraki’s portfolio.
Enable Cisco engineering teams and partners to ship new device capabilities quickly and safely.
