About The Position

We are seeking smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic software developers to help us design and deliver our Call Handling solutions. Ideal candidates must be able to solve problems and seek to improve processes in innovative ways. To be successful in this role you must value teamwork and communication as well as working closely with other developers in small, dynamic, Agile teams. As a Software Engineer in this role, you must be adept at learning new technologies quickly. This role will help with the following activities: expand the cloud tools and framework infrastructure, support teams usage of the cloud tools and framework infrastructures, implement dashboards, migrate to new DevOps tools. and make use of the following technologies: Python, Java, Angular, C#, C++ DevOps tools and Version Control Systems Continuous and progressive delivery tools Observability tools In return for your expertise, we will support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way. Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and interest in the above-mentioned technologies.
  • Fast learner with good communication skills.
  • Advanced level of English (both written and oral).
  • Able to troubleshoot and debug issues.
  • Basic networking understanding.
  • Basic analysis, unit testing and exploratory testing knowledge.
  • Currently in a Computer Science, Information Technology or similar program.
  • Practical knowledge, at least on a basic level, of one or more of the following technologies : Python, Java, C#.
  • Experience of working in a Linux or/and Windows environment.
  • Enrollment in an accredited college or university program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.

Nice To Haves

  • Practical knowledge, at least on a basic level, of: Commercial Cloud Platform, NoSQL and/or SQL databases.
  • Understanding of Agile Scrum.
  • Experience of working in a CI/CD environment (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery).
  • Working with large distributed agile teams.
  • Knowledge of French is an asset.
