Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience
Advanced proficiency in Software Engineering
Experience in Argo/ Web Based Argo/ Cloud Argo
High School Diploma or GED

Advanced proficiency in Software Design Solutions
Experience in C#
Associate's degree or higher

Responsibilities

Developing custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications.
Using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Taking ownership of specific software components and ensuring their quality and performance meet project standards.
Supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in software development.
Contributing to architectural discussions and helping shape technical approaches to meet evolving business requirements.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with overall project goals and timelines.
Analyzing complex problems and proposing innovative solutions that enhance system scalability and maintainability.
