DESCRIPTION

APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Administering internet and intranet infrastructure, including Web, file and mail servers while providing 3rd party cloud as a platform as a service, helping customers migrate their services to Cloud-Native in the form of AWS, GCP and Alibaba Cloud. Revising operating systems and application log files regularly to verify proper system performance using background in containerizations and K8s. Backing up and modifying existing applications and related data to provide for disaster recovery while collaborating with developers to create and operate internal Applications. Determining sources of Web pages Application stack or server issues to implement updates to SaaS application stack and infrastructure. Analyzing, correcting, testing identified problems inDev and UAT environments in order to recommend actions for resolution. Evaluating testing routines and procedures for adequacy, sufficiency and effectiveness for user feedback. 40 hours/week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• 5 years of experience using Kubernetes to fully administer Kubernetes cluster, nodes, and control planes without assistance
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting using AWS
• 5 years of experience helping users resolve issues with Cloud networking issues
• 5 years of experience leveraging tools such as Cloud trail, Cloud Watch, Splunk, Linux, Nestat, or tail to diagnose an issue
• 5 years of experience using kubectl commands and to work with the Kubernetes control plane
• 5 years of experience helping customers use Linux operating systems to conduct analysis network stack traces
• 5 years of experience using Security & Authentication to troubleshoot common blockers with customer configurations
• 5 years of experience using CI/CD to utilize infrastructure as a code
• Experience with code review
• Experience troubleshooting customer installations using IAM authentication and the infrastructure stack
• Experience leveraging tools including Cilium and Prometheus to review telemetry information and perform log analysis to help diagnose Kubernetes specific troubleshooting
