About The Position
Kovari develops frontier technology to transform physical businesses. We partner with established operators to change how they run, and we build and operate businesses of our own through our subsidiaries. We are a small team of builders, operators, and researchers. We deploy on site, alongside the businesses we serve, and iterate in the field. We have raised over $6M from leading investors. We are based in San Francisco and work in person. The Role You will build the software that connects our robots to the businesses they serve: the tools operators, staff, and our team use to deploy, direct, and monitor robots every day. You own the product layer, end to end.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience (TypeScript, React, Python, or similar)
- Experience designing APIs and backend services
- Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming video)
- Product sense and comfort talking directly with users
Nice To Haves
- robotics, IoT, or operations software experience
Responsibilities
- Build teleoperation and fleet management interfaces
- Build task scheduling and dispatch that fit real operational workflows
- Integrate with customer systems (property management, work orders, messaging)
- Build dashboards and reporting for performance, uptime, and ROI
- Build mobile and web tools for on-site staff
- Spend time on site with operators and turn what you see into product
