About The Position

Truveta is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and operate the platform services that power Truveta’s analytical experiences. In this role, you will develop scalable cloud services, APIs, distributed systems, and modern web applications, contributing across the full stack to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate researcher needs into intuitive and scalable experiences. This role offers the opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems, influence the future of Truveta’s analytics platform, and make a meaningful impact on our mission of saving lives with data. The work areas include building next-generation notebook experiences, developing and evolving Python and R SDKs, and designing and building technologies for interactive dashboards.

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience building, deploying, and operating scalable cloud services using .NET (C#) and/or Python.
Strong backend development experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures on platforms such as Azure.
Working knowledge of modern frontend technologies and experience delivering end-to-end solutions in cross-functional teams.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Nice To Haves

Experience building developer tools, analytical applications, data platforms, or user-facing products for technical users is a plus.
