Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience in a technology role)
- The availability to work full-time, hybrid, four days in office per week in Schenectady, NY
- 2+ years of experience in software development, design and engineering, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML.
- 1+ years of experience in cloud computing technologies with Azure experience preferred.
- Object-oriented programming and design patterns experience.
- Building scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
- Proficiency in Python, and ML frameworks, plus strong experience in one or more languages such as Java or C#.
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and predictive/generative AI modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions focused on AI.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure robust system design.
- Stay current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.
- Deploy models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement MLOps practices for model monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning (ML) and deep learning models for production environments.
- Implement data pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization for scalability and performance.
- Integrate AI models into applications using APIs, SDKs, and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
- Develop interaction flows for AI-powered interfaces (e.g., conversational agents, recommendation systems).
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to AI model bias, data privacy, and system reliability.
- Be an advocate for AI at MVP literacy through training programs and mentorship of the MVP community.
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
