About The Position

This is an early-career opportunity for professionals who can translate ambiguous problems into practical, AI-driven solutions and integrate them into real-world workflows. Based in the USA, this full-time role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI operations, and enterprise transformation.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field completed within the last 24 months, or 2-6 years of relevant experience; GPA of 2.7+ (4.0 scale) preferred
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using libraries such as Flask, Pandas, and scikit-learn
Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or SDKs from leading AI model providers
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
Experience building and deploying AI agents on enterprise platforms such as Glean or Microsoft Copilot Studio
Understanding of responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, security, and privacy
Familiarity with end-to-end AI lifecycle management (MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps), including CI/CD, monitoring, and governance

Responsibilities

Build and support AI-assisted software development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise products
Design and implement AI agents for operational workflows, including incident triage, remediation, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
Enhance observability, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational intelligence using AI agents
Improve engineering documentation and knowledge management through AI-driven automation
Build evaluation frameworks, monitoring capabilities, governance controls, and guardrails for AI-powered services
Drive AI adoption across the software delivery lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to identify and implement high-impact AI transformation opportunities
