Responsibilities

• Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization.
• Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2.
• Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC.
• Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations.
• Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers.
• Apply existing design standards effectively in their work.
• Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute innovative ideas.
• Develop an understanding of intellectual property protection and contribute to the identification of potentially patentable inventions.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders within the team.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers and team members to achieve project objectives.
