Software Engineer (AI-First)

Wise PelicanScottsdale, AZ
Onsite

About The Position

Wise Pelican is an AI-first engineering organization where nearly all code is written by AI agents. Software Engineers in this role focus on tasks AI cannot perform, such as designing systems, defining correctness, reviewing and rejecting AI output, and owning the final product. This is not a role for those who prefer to write every line of code manually. Instead, it's for individuals who want to direct AI agents and take full accountability for their output and client impact. The role involves shipping real features for Wise Pelican's real estate client base, utilizing multi-agent automation pipelines on proprietary hardware. The company is still defining this discipline and offers the opportunity to shape it within a lean team. Wise Pelican is an innovative leader in real estate marketing solutions, providing cutting-edge tools and services to real estate professionals. As a growing company with a global workforce, Wise Pelican fosters a dynamic, inclusive work environment that promotes growth, innovation, and collaboration. This position is a full-time, in-office role based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
