About The Position

Trissential is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to bring on a Software Engineer who will help design and scale next‑generation AI, LLM, and data systems used across clinical and analytics platforms. This is a high‑impact role where your engineering work directly supports patient outcomes, advanced analytics, and enterprise AI initiatives. If you enjoy building robust back‑end systems, working with data pipelines, and collaborating across AI and platform teams—this role was built for you. Work on production‑grade AI and LLM systems in a real enterprise healthcare environment. Design agent‑to‑agent communication platforms and scalable data pipelines. Collaborate with AI, data, and platform engineering teams. Build solutions that support clinical analytics, ML, and data science initiatives. Gain exposure to modern cloud, microservices, and observability practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience building APIs and microservices‑based architectures
  • Hands‑on experience with data pipelines and distributed or event‑driven systems
  • Solid understanding of observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and system‑design skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI/LLM integration and workflows
  • Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, similar)
  • Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps practices
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures
  • Cloud experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an MCP (Model/Agent Communication Platform) enabling agent orchestration, communication, and observability
  • Build and scale ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting AI/LLM and analytics use cases
  • Develop frameworks for agent monitoring, control, and traceability
  • Integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud services
  • Support data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows
  • Ensure performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability of AI‑driven systems
  • Participate in Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues using root‑cause analysis and observability tools
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation
