About The Position

As a Software Engineer 1, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our innovative healthcare technology solutions. You will work within an agile team to build high-quality software that enhances the user experience for medical professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a web or cloud-based environment.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, GO).
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and/or back-end technologies (e.g., Java).
Understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and database concepts.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop, test, and deploy software features and enhancements using established coding standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and test plans.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and product capabilities.
