This position offers the opportunity to work fully remote within the United States (except for Alaska and/or Hawaii). Team members who choose virtual / remote work should have an adequate space to serve as their home office, and must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours. This position will require employees to come on site to one of our St. Louis campus locations a few times per year for meetings/events or as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii).
  • Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
  • Must have successfully completed the 2025 Enterprise Mobility IT Internship Program.
  • Must have at least one year of experience or applied knowledge with software development or application development.
  • Must have applied proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, React, or Python.
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Using technical knowledge of professional concepts to solve business problems.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in their focus area and represent their department on complex assignments.
  • Evaluating elements of technology's effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, research, and investigation and make recommendations for improvements that result in increased quality and effectiveness.
  • Listening to and evaluating customer needs to determine and provide high-quality solutions that align with customer expectations.
