Job Summary In this position you will be responsible for designing, analyzing and testing embedded SW for embedded systems. This position will report to a principal engineer in the ICE group. Internship Duration: June 2026 to August 2026
Requirements
- Jr or Sr in Computer Engineering/EE/CS
- C/C++/C# programming skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with broad variety of embedded microcontrollers (e.g., PIC, ARM, Arduino)
- Familiarity with FPGAs as well as mixed-signal designs
Responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate, meticulous documentation for each project
- Design software to run on a uC for embedded systems such as robotics, wearable patient monitors, and other medical devices
- Analyze system architecture
- Design SW for debuggability and testability
- Debug, Trouble shoot and perform failure analysis
- Design and build test benches for testing/debugging
- Test and debug on actual hardware using logic analyzers and oscilloscopes
- Write test/characterization plans and execute
