Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, or related field is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize various projects and assignments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use and maintain computer system and related equipment.
Demonstrated skill and knowledge of applicable computer languages and software.
Flexibility to work on-call on evenings and weekends on a rotating basis or as required and ability to travel to various locations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details to keep several projects running simultaneously.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and have strong relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications in Symitar/PowerOn, EWF, .NET, SQL, Java, MuleSoft, Apex, or comparable platforms are preferred for all levels.
Fullstack Development Proficiencies: .Net - C#, ASP, MVC, Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.JS, Next.js, API programming, XML, JSON, Mulesoft, Dataweave, Apex, PowerShell, SQL, etc.
Symitar Development Proficiencies: Symtiar RepGen/PowerOn/Specfile, SymForm, EWF, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, Powerframe Docs, Powerframe

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining computer programs with varying levels of supervision requirements (depending on level).
Designing, coding, testing, documenting, and maintaining computer programs and code, batch processes, macros, job streams, utilities, reports, integrations, and other routines to ensure they are efficient, error-free, and timely.
Contribute to disaster recovery planning to enable continuity of operations of systems and applications and manage corporate data to ensure access, speed of delivery, ease of use, security, and reliability.
