About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Identity is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and resilient Identity and Access services that power Oracle's global cloud customers and internal applications. Our platform underpins authentication, authorization, governance, cross-region Identity operations, and compliance for mission-critical workloads across OCI and Fusion Applications. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead multiple engineering teams owning core IDCS/Identity services. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role responsible for driving delivery excellence, operational reliability, and security posture across complex, distributed systems.
