About The Position
Oracle is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead critical execution for the Data Center Software and Automation team, enabling the delivery of some of the world's largest AI centric data centers around the globe. As a manager of the software engineering team, the candidate will apply their knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture. The ideal candidate is a clear, confident communicator who can translate complex technical and operational issues into actionable decisions, influence across team boundaries, and communicate effectively with their stakeholders. We are looking for a leader who combines strong software delivery discipline with the ability to uphold OCI’s high operational bar in a fast-moving cloud infrastructure environment.
