About The Position

RevStar is seeking a senior Software Development Lead to serve as a player-coach and technical standard bearer across its practice. The role raises engineering quality across delivery teams through hands-on code contributions, architectural governance, developer enablement, and reusable technical accelerators. RevStar describes itself as an AI-first innovation shop and AWS Advanced Tier Partner that builds cloud-native products for client impact. The successful candidate is expected to embody the company’s values of Self-Mastery, Ownership, and Shared Destiny. The position combines production engineering and code review with architectural standards-setting for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems. It also involves supporting engineering practices across CI/CD, testing, security, and observability; building internal engineering assets; promoting approved AI tools; and addressing recurring technical friction with reusable solutions. The Software Development Lead will develop technical training and Leadership Labs, and partner with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA leads to align technical solutions with product intent, business outcomes, and cloud technologies. This is a full-time W2 role, remote in Arizona, Florida, or Texas, reporting to the Practice Lead.
