About The Position

The Software Support Intern will assist the Software Support Engineering team in investigating and troubleshooting escalated support issues. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience reviewing how our applications work, analyzing logs, and learning how to identify potential issues across source code, databases, and system processes.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Java and SQL
  • Familiarity with revision control applications like JIRA or Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with debugging code
  • Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Level 2 Software Support Engineering team to troubleshoot various customer technical issues
  • Monitor and resolve Support cases and provide prompt resolution and/or corrective action.
  • Write database scripts to resolve data related customer reported issues
