As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work directly alongside senior engineers, receive dedicated mentorship, and gain hands-on experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment based out of our White Bear Lake, MN office, giving you the perfect blend of team connection and flexibility.

Requirements

Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
Solid foundational knowledge of data structures , algorithms, and software design principles.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language through coursework or personal projects.
Basic familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical teamwork.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain clean code using Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Develop new features for controls and digital platforms and service tools under guidance from senior developers.
Debug and resolve technical issues across the software development lifecycle.
Write automated unit tests to ensure high code quality and coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Hardware, UX/UI, and QA.
Present an internship capstone project to engineering leadership at completion.
