Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 4 years in any job title involving coding with Java to build enterprise applications.
• 4 years working with Java design patterns
• 4 years writing code with automated unit and integration testing
• 4 years building and supporting RESTful web services
• 4 years working with Spring Boot REST APIs
• 4 years working with any combination of the following back-end databases: Oracle and/or Postgres
• 4 years working with IntelliJ and Unix
• 4 years working in full software development life cycle using agile methodologies
• 3 years working with any combination of the following: AWS, Pivotal cloud, Azure, and/or GCP
• 2 years working with DevOps Pipeline, GIT Lab, JIRA, Confluence, and Harness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global currency applications in the payment domain.
• Design and implement database schemas and queries to optimize for efficiency and scalability.
• Automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.
• Manage continuous deployment pipelines to streamline the release process and minimize downtime.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, leveraging cloud services for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions to improve system reliability and user experience.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
