About The Position

This role focuses on identifying and addressing pain points for development and operations teams, driving standardization of services and platforms. The engineer will analyze user needs, optimize the operations platform, and provide solutions through user guidance and resource coordination. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate roadmaps into specifications, design, develop, and optimize internal operations platforms, and lead projects from inception to delivery. A key aspect of the role is to gradually optimize internal processes, particularly in DevOps, through platform standardization to reduce costs and increase efficiency. The position also emphasizes establishing and supporting a healthy team environment through effective communication, respect, empathy, and personal responsibility.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
• Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Must have 5 years of experience in working with automated GitOps workflows to leverage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, trigger code building, security scan, and package deployment.
• Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing CI/CD and DevOps best practices to ensure faster, more reliable software delivery while maintaining stability and security.
• Must have 5 years of experience in developing and operating of large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, high-performance, and highly available systems for large-scale operation platform development projects.
• Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing middleware technologies including message queue, web containers, database, microservice platform, and cloud native applications.
• Must have 5 years of experience in managing cloud services from multiple cloud providers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing Linux systems and container deployment tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing public cloud operation platform solutions including AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify pain points and needs of development and operations teams, and effectively communicate with senior management to drive service standardization and platform standardization.
• Analyze and refine user pain points and demands, identify value needs, and promote the iteration and optimization of the operations platform.
• Provide optimal solutions through user guidance and resource coordination for intended requirements, drive decision-making on solutions and track and control solution implementation.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverables.
• Design, develop, and optimize internal operations platforms, and be able to lead new projects from inception to delivery.
• Gradually optimize internal processes through platform standardization to reduce costs and increase efficiency, especially in DevOps-related processes.
• Establish and support a healthy team environment through effective communication, respect, empathy, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
