About The Position

Develop new features for Zoom web client; maintain the building environment and deliver release packages; improve the frontend testing automation framework; support Zoom web app running in ChromeOS; adopt Web Assembly to optimize audio and video experience; leverage WebRTC framework to enhance audio and video performance in low end and IoT devices; and work with the support team to deal with customer tickets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent
• 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation
• 3 years of experience utilizing frontend languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, SASS/LESS
• 3 years of experience coding in at least one mainstream frontend framework including React, Vue, or Angular
• 3 years of experience utilizing common frontend build tools including Webpack and Vite
• 3 years of experience working with frontend automated testing
• 3 years of experience utilizing multi-threaded development tools including Web Workers, Service Workers, and Worklets
• 3 years of experience utilizing web APIs including Web Audio, Canvas, WebGL, WebTransport, and WebSocket APIs
• 3 years of experience utilizing WebRTC core concepts and architecture including WebRTC Native API
