About The Position

This role involves architecting and evolving large-scale real-time service frameworks to improve scalability, reliability, and latency performance using C++ and modern distributed systems design principles. It also includes developing and integrating backend agentic AI solutions to enhance automation, intelligence, and adaptability in real-time collaborative systems, enabling autonomous service orchestration, intelligent data processing, and adaptive feature delivery. The position requires developing standardized next-generation data models and inter-service communication layers for collaborative and interactive applications, incorporating advanced frameworks like Protobuf and gRPC, while ensuring backward compatibility. Responsibilities also include administering the continuous process of software development/integration/deployment utilizing Jenkins, Gitlab, and related tools, establishing and overseeing performance benchmarking strategies, and monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services using logging and monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• 3 years of experience in C++ for backend service development
• 3 years of experience in Realtime communication systems and micro service architectures
• 3 years of experience in Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) for data serialization and communication
• 3 years of experience developing server-side data management for 2D graphics or similar applications
• 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab for software development, integration, and deployment
• 3 years of experience performing performance testing, profiling, and optimization of software systems
• 3 years of experience monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based services using logging and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve large-scale real-time service frameworks to improve scalability, reliability, and latency performance, leveraging C++ and modern distributed systems design principles
• Develop and integrate backend agentic AI solutions to enhance automation, intelligence, and adaptability in real-time collaborative systems—enabling autonomous service orchestration, intelligent data processing, and adaptive feature delivery
• Develop standardized next-generation data models and inter-service communication layers for collaborative and interactive applications, incorporating advanced frameworks (e.g., Protobuf, gRPC) and ensuring backward compatibility across releases
• Administer the continuous process of software development/integration/deployment utilizing Jenkins, Gitlab, and related
• Establish and oversee performance benchmarking strategies, including creation of distributed load generation tools, synthetic test scenarios, and telemetry-based performance analytics
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services using logging and monitoring tools
